The hotel is in a prime location, which was great. The room is nice and spacious and perfect for a long stay in DC. However, there were technical signal issues with the TV where it was difficult to enjoy the shows and movies we were watching. Upon arrival, hair from previous guests could be seen within the shower and the sheets of the bed. We checked in late and didn't want to bother, upon returning the next day it was clear room service came to clean but the showers were still not cleaned because the hair was still in the same spots. We spent our nights taking bird baths using the sink. Other than that, the hotel was great. We visited the restaurant and Richard was such a great waiter for us; he was so engaging and took great care of us.
