We loved visiting Horsetooth Reservoir with the day pass that allowed for stops along several hiking points. The downtown is very nice and accessible with lots of great options to stop. We enjoyed dinner at Blue Agave and hanging out at the Trail Head since we got there after the shops were closed on a Sunday night.
Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service staff was friendly and fun.

Fort Collins is a great little town in a great location. The old town and new all offer great cafes, restaurants, boutiques and hotels. Much available to do in and around the town.
As we were just passing through this visit we didn't do much sightseeing but have spent time in Ft. Collins before in an RV park. Knowing the city was one of the reasons we timed our travels to be able to stay here.
The Blind Pig was a good nightlife spot in old town with fun games and drink options, but not so much for food.
Named the best city to live in Colorado and number 50 on the Best City list. There is great fishing in the Cache La Poudre River or the Horsetooth Reservoir. I love Ft. Collins, it is primarily a college town with a great atmosphere. Crime is low with TONS of activities, especially outdoor. If you're into hiking, camping, rafting, or any other outdoor activities, Ft. Collins is close to all of them. They have a great downtown bar scene and the New Belgium Brewery, is really fun to visit.
