The ocean is beautiful and there is a pedestrian walk to get to the beach. Good hours on the pool and happy the breakfast starts a 6 am. I'd be back.

HHI has something for everyone. As cliche as it sounds you can be at a 5 star restaurant or find a Panera close by. Also, HHI is just a “safe” city. There's plenty to do.

You could ride a bike everywhere. We explored parts of the island on bicycle and felt safe. If you didn't bring a bike, there are several places to rent one for cheap.

We stayed on Tybee Island, GA and the relaxed atmosphere and location on the beach made this a stress free and easy trip. Walk everywhere, bike rentals, beach chair and umbrella rentals, activities at the pier, several food choices! All easy to navigate.
