Excellent..clean. friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a bit dated (still had doors for what had been adjoining room) but it was very clean and all the amenities like linens and toiletries were top notch. The important infrastructure (e.g., elevators) were updated and the lobby was quite impressive. Front desk, concierge and valet staff were friendly, helpful and polite a true pleasure to work with. We would recommend the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee to anyone looking an upscale space to stay downtown. And we will definitely visit again.
The property is showing its age a bit. However, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff are outstanding! It wss as s a good stay.
