We were there to visit EWTN. It was great and will be coming back.
We were there for a baseball tournament at the Hoover Met complex. The area around the Hoover met and the Galleria were very nice. Lots of restaurant options and traffic was not bad. We ate at Super Chix near the stadium Parkway twice. The food was outstanding and the service was even better! Everyone smiled the entire time we were there and we're so friendly to us. Our waiter, George, was top-notch! That guy deserves some type of Service award!
Birmingham is a very beautiful city. We enjoyed shopping, dining and watching a movie in Hoover.

Birmingham is a great place to visit. We have been there two times and both times the city was clean, free of trash and graffiti. The people are wonderful and they have things very organized. There were several events going on and they had streets blocked and police everywhere to help with the flow of foot traffic. I will definitely go back to Birmingham for an event!
