City is nice
The clerk was a very wonderful person and she was very accommodating.
It is my old hometown! Haven't seen it in 40 years. It has many more GOOD eateries. Plenty of new businesses, great new roads. Towne maintenence of shrubs and grounds appears to be top notch. Plenty of lovely new homes and establishments that seem well cared for. In all, a very positive experience. Was really pleased to see it!
Very clean, nice sized room, staff is great. It's a pet friendly hotel which is great.
Small town. One of a few left in the area that still maintains a sense of community.

We attended a wedding at the Historic Smithville Inn and also spent two to three hours exploring the entire village shoppes! Adorable little town!
