The places we visited were welcoming and friendly. We felt comfortable in all our encounters everywhere: at the mall (Tanger Stores), Marshalls, the restaurants - Chinese buffet, Mexican restaurant (LaTotal...?), the church Thrift shop, the Lewes Ferry Terminal staff, all good.
The boardwalk is great and a lot of fun. Also, there are a lot of really nice restaurants.
The beach part of Rehoboth is lovely as is the beautiful historic section of Lews.

Umbrella rental was important for us. Need to get there before 10am to get close to the water. Rental guys were good about knowing when high tide was! Saw plenty of people need to move when high tide came in.

Clear Space Theater is a must see for performances! Fable restaurant next door is high end and great to grab a nice dinner or Tiki Jacks for a more relaxed bar experience.

Rehoboth still offers that small town beach feel even after all these years of growth. It has great restaurants, shops and entertainment. The streets and sidewalks are well maintained. A very accepting town for anyone no matter your race, gender or nationality.
