I always walk around Lake Tomahawk when in Black Mountain, and there are so many good restaurants. Last night at the Pure & Proper could not be beat, but Black Mountain Bistro is great, as well as Cecilia's and Annie's Culinary Garden. No chance to try them all! It's a fun city to just walk about in too, downtown. Nice shops.
Everything about it, especially in the fall. And the Dripulator and Seven Sisters, if still there.

Convenient location
Neat, unique little shops that often have items you can't find anywhere else. We make a point of eating at My Father's Pizza & The Veranda....so good!
Downtown shops and restaurants in Black Mountain are worth visiting!
We walked around Tomahawk Lake, shopped the hardware store and ate at the outdoor Grange where our dog was welcome and given a much needed bowl of water.
