The Desert Hot Springs center is approximately the area of Downtown Desert Hot Springs and 5 miles northeast of Palm Springs Amtrak.
With a pleasant climate during much of the year, Desert Hot Springs attracts many tourists. During the summer months, it does get quite hot because of its desert location.
