The dining experience was awesome I couldn't get enough of the chef's Roasted Broccoli 🥦 it's simply the best cooked vegetable I have eaten in quite some time!
Mishawaka is a great town. We LOVED visiting the University Park Mall - it was great to see a mall that is thriving and not on its last legs. No empty stores - not one. And there are so many wonderful restaurants in Mishawaka - unfortunately we were only there for a couple of days so we didn't get to try many of them, but we would love to come back just for that! Overall a great experience in the town.
Mishawaka is nicer than South Bend, we were close to many restaurants and shopping.

River Walk area had good places to eat and drink. Central Park had a large playground with equipment for all ages of kids!
We were there for a cross country meet at Notre Dame. The campus is beautiful. We didn't get around to town very much but did have lunch at Fat Bird. If you like chicken, that's your place.
