Yachats sits between Florence and Newport so there is little traffic and lots of friendly folk. Even the grocery store is owned by the employees. It is a great place to get away from it all.

I love Yachats. The people have been friendly. I love the shops and variety of food for such a small town. The beaches always make me very happy. Yachats is my favorite sappy in the Oregon Coast.

In Yachats we enjoyed the “804” trail along the beach and the Drift Inn was our favorite in town restaurant. The community garden with its caretakers was also pleasant to visit.
