Love the town & people very friendly
Concert venue was excellent. Beautiful city.
Beautiful concert theatre. Well kept store fronts. We felt safe walking to and from the theatre.
We did the Lantern festival at John Ball Zoo and Fred Meijer Gardens. We were able to easily navigate with GPS.
We like the venues for concerts, museums, restaurants and safety walking in city. Bus system very good.
The John Ball Zoo Lantern Festival was fantastic, as was the Chihuly exhibit at Meijer Gardens.

Easy to walk to many restaurant did not feel that they were 5 star restaurants but they were fine. I was also able to walk to a couple of the nearby museums. Wish there was a little bit longer Riverwalk, but it looked like they may have been working on that.

The hotel is in very good location and is very clean.
The location was perfect! We were able to walk to where we needed to go (Van Andel Arena) and to dinner. Very easy to travel to different spots.

Grand Rapids has some great food.
Grand Rapids seems to be a great, vibrant area. Great transportation system, many destinations in the surrounding area and walkable businesses downtown. Lots of activity downtown and we felt safe walking in the downtown area.
