  • Animals Policy: In order to accommodate our guests, particularly those relocating their residences or otherwise having extended stays, HYATT house allows guests to have pets in their guest suite. We recognize that boarding your pet for a long period of time is not only very expensive but deprives both you and your pet of companionship and normal interaction. Because there will be guests checking into the same suite after you and your pet leave, we must take certain steps to clean the suite in order to make it available to other guests (just as you might when you leave an apartment or house). After a guest with a pet checks out, we clean the carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens, and fumigate the suite to remove any fleas or other pests that may inadvertently have invaded the suite while your pet resided with us.
