Gaylord is a great town we go there several times a month as we don't live very far away. Elk Park is cool.The Alpine fest every year is a riot.

Gaylord is a very nice town. My daughter's family is here so we have been here many times. Usually we stay with our kids but due to the death of a family member we decided to stay in a hotel. The town of Gaylord is a very nice place to visit and they love living here.

Gaylord is a growing area with beautiful outdoor experiences and modern conveniences. Enjoy the state parks, lakes, skiing and other outdoor experiences. But going to the many coffee shops, putt-putt, movie theaters, and shops is always fun too.
The Ruby Tuesday restaurant next door was delicious and service was excellent.
Lots of dining and light shopping options. There is a sportsplex where you can ice skate, swim, etc. as well as a bowling alley. If you snowmobile it is convenient for riding the trails.
