Every shop and bar had the friendliest employees. Especially loved The Bottle Shop. The luncheon boat cruise was the best ever. The city is fantastic. Will definitely be back.

At the Italian restaurant are server was Izzy. .. she also was very professional very helpful in managing our expectations and dinner. The grand Geneva is very lucky to have two great employees who represent your firm with pride.

We visit Lake Geneva a couple times a year to enjoy the lake, but it was our first time to stay at the Grand Geneva Resort. It is a beautiful property and the customer service is excellent. We will stay there again in the future. The city of Lake Geneva has a charming downtown with shops and restaurants and a beautiful walking path around the lake. It is one of my favorite places for a quick getaway.

Lake Geneva offers perfect venues for meetings! Nice restaurants, and everything could be accessed by foot. Plenty of recreational options as well. The view of the Lake was also a very nice benefit.
