Our travelers insist on having lots of space, including a working area, a separate bedroom, and a full-sized kitchen. To further enhance their stay, our staff makes each of our guests feel like a member of the family. The additional attention ranges from directing guests' incoming business calls to shopping for groceries. Front-desk staff can serve as receptionists, handling calls, packages, and messages. Other business guests receive business appointments in their well-decorated suites for meetings or presentations, or they may use our hotel's business center and meeting rooms. If a guest leaves a grocery list at the front desk in the morning, by evening our team will have stocked all the items neatly in their kitchen. There's no charge for the service -- just the cost of groceries. Some of our guests like to use the full-sized kitchen to do their own cooking. On long business trips, guests don't want to eat out 15 nights in a row.
