The area is in close proximity to all the attractions Charlotte has to offer. It's easily accessible from either 485 inner loop, or straight through Independence Blvd to 277N & 77N. (We traveled from eastern PA.) Golfing for the men folks, Bobcats basketball game, and Black Friday shopping (ugh!) rounded out our things to do.
Our daughter lives in Matthews, just 10 minutes from CI. Of course, this is what we like best. It's a lovely community with lots of shopping offerings, and just a quick drive to center-city.
