- A Courtesy Agreement can be made. This is a courtesy we offer wedding groups based on availability to lock in discounted rates for your group. We start off by holding 10 rooms per night and add more once it fills if rooms are available. There is no financial obligation, meaning that you won't owe us a single penny if rooms don't book! Your guests will have until 45 days prior to make their reservations. After that date we release the rooms in your block.
A contract can be done to guarantee the number of rooms; however, you will be required to make a deposit of 20% of the anticipated rooms at the time of signing and be responsible for an 80% attrition and cancellation. At the cut-off date above, a review of the guest room block will determine any monies owed at that time. Lastly, funds are to be collected or refunded post the event based on the final rooms utilized.
We accept gift bags to be dropped off for guests the Thursday prior to arrival for a $2.50 per bag fee.
- 5980 sq. feet of total meeting space, banquet space that holds up to 120 people
- Group must book rooms no later than 3 days before check-in.
- The group will not be penalized if no rooms are booked in the room block.
