That we can walk to the harbor pier and other restaurants, very nice.
I most enjoyed the walk along the harbor, the pier and the beach. It's a little touristy, but the locals are there too, jogging, riding bikes and scooters, and skating. There is a nice, big public beach.

I love the people, the strand at the beach, the weather, the bars and restaurants and the bands in the area. Retrofit, Feed the Kitty and Pet the Dog in particular. They are all special musicians, music and now friends.
