Long Story- we were going to pick up a new car in Salinas, CA. While driving back to Seaside the error lights came on in the dashboard. I was already in Seaside and drove back to the hotel, we had just checked out of. We explained our vehicle problems to the hotel staff and they allowed us to re-check in to another room. The Courtesy extended to us was great and stress relieving. We paid for the new room and were thankful for being allowed back into the hotel on such short notice. Thank You Embassy Suites!
