There are a variety of restaurants and the main shopping stores. And expansive nature is nearby.
Enjoyed the cog train to Pike's Peak. Fun to take a jeep tour to Garden of the Gods. We liked the Cliff Dwellings, Manitou Springs, and the Eryie Castle. Had some yummy food, too!
Colorado Springs is a great little city with tons of history and charm. We made a bucket list of all the things we want to comeback and see.

We live in Canyon city so it's not that far away. We come up here on business.
The people, the mountains, the Christian community, nature, I'm moving here!
We enjoyed the effort made by the community to bring historical homes and district to life and not lose the culture and history of Colorado Springs. Street signs are really helpful. We also enjoyed Colorado City and Bancroft Park. Food was great at Edelweiss. We are taking some home with us. We also enjoyed the Broadmoor district. The zoo looked fun we just didn't have time to visit. It is on our list for the next visit.

We love Colorado Springs. Our daughter graduated from Colorado College. Our Sons attended Summer sports programs at the Air Force Academy. We have stayed at the Broadmoor several times. We are CO natives and love our state.
Location to the mountains was awesome and the downtown restaurants/bars very accessible.
I grew up there so went up for balloon festivals and city is a lot cleaner than Denver where I am from
The city was great. The people was very friendly and great places to eat and hotels like the Holiday Inn Express were great!!

My wife and I were there visiting my cousin and her husband. We arrived there on Thursday and left on Monday. We were staying with them, when an emergency came up and they had to leave to attend to it, which is why we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. While there they took us to many places including the AF Academy, Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge, 7 Falls, Garden of the Gods. Had great dinners every night we were there. I was a very relaxing time spent traveling and in their beautiful backyard with coffee and breakfast in the morning, and dinner and cocktail in the evening.

Colorado Springs is very cozy. It has a small town feel with big city shops & restaurants. I also loved the mountain views!
We love Colorado Springs. We go down several times a year. Sometimes to visit friends and sometimes just to drive around and see the wildlife and/or flowers in the neighborhoods. We always enjoy going to the Broadmoor at Christmastime to see all the trees and lights and wildlife in the pond between the buildings. We've eaten at a couple of the restaurants at Broadmoor and enjoyed it. So many things to do.

Sightseeing! The Manitou incline was epic, the zoo was a blast and the Garden of the Gods was worth visiting.
After living in Colorado for over 45 years and then moving to Illinois, it was nice to visit what was once my home. Enjoyed local restaurants and good Mexican food!

Colorado Springs was delightful, Manitou Springs was especially delightful with it's little shops and cafes!
Garden of the Gods is stunning. The Air Force Academy, the Olympic Center, Cripple Creek, Woodland Park.

The Springs has unlimited shopping, excellent restaurants and great destinations to experience the history and grandeur of Colorado.

Super big rooms. They have a super big laundry room, pool and hot tub. They have a nice lobby with a computer that you can use. A free breakfast buffet. There's a Seven Eleven adjacent to the parking lot. Microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms. It's a wonderful hotel!

Very clean, downtown was full of great restaurants and shops and not deserted as some downtown areas are especially after Covid. Liked the fact there are few panhandlers and homeless folks hanging around.

We loved the zoo and Garden of the Gods. Weather did not cooperate for us to visit Pike's Peak. There's always next time. This location was great to visit those sites.

It was charming. We found it very walkable. There are many sculptures and monuments. The view of Pike's Peak is breathtaking. There are many restaurants to choose from, and many activities to take part in.
