It is a very pleasant college town.

Right off I-95. We were on a long trip and just wanted a clean bed and bathroom.
The receptionists go out of their way to help you have a comfortable stay.
Lots of good places to eat. We had an excellent meal at Grill Marxs and lunch at Board and Brew.
So much to see and great dining and shopping!

We did not spend much time in College Park. I did make liberal use of our GPS app to get around. We were there to visit the Temple and the DC sites.

College Oark provides a good central location for travel to Washington, DC and Annapolis, MD.
It was in a central location, not too far from the beltway.
College Park has gone from the fun college town I knew twenty years ago to a noisy, heavy-crime area with more traffic than anything else. I can't say there was anything about the area I liked on this visit.
Easy access to beltway, the stores & restaurant right at your finger tips.
The beautiful scenery was my favorite. The trees were gorgeous with the red and orange leaves.
