I loved riding the Ferry and seeing the Statue of Liberty! Staten Island has a wonderful outlet mall and restaurants as soon as you get off the Ferry! It also has the best Italian Food restaurants??
Our trip was dedicated to the city and the sites were great. Tried to see the best sites of New York in a short period of time. Statue of Liberty, 911 Memorial, Top of the Rock, Times Square, Ellis Island, Central Park, and a Broadway play. Lucked out with the weather. Great time was had by all.
I loved the scenic beauty of the Island, and I appreciate the safe ferry service for the public.
