Casino close by as well as restaurants and shopping. Elgin has been growing and every time I visit I find more to do there.
There was a Starbucks and a Panera really close to the hotel!
Elgin has some great restaurants! Our team of 20 people ate at various restaurants for lunch, including Kubo Sushi, Las Gorditas de Don Angel, and the Food Hall. The food and service reported by each group was very positive.
We enjoyed the Elgin Public House.
I used to live in West Dundee and going to Elgin to see old places was great. Al's Cafe on DuPage Street in Elgin has THE best malts on the planet! The downtown area is very attractive.
The town was easy to navigate and the Alexander Cafe was excellent.
