Sequim is great! It is a quaint little town with very good restaurants, and the Olympic Mountains nearby. The lavender farms are also very nice, and worth a visit.

Dungeness Spit National Wildlife Park was beautiful and easy walking paths.
Friendly people, quaint down-town area, great places to eat. As far as infrastructure, those traffic roundabouts on Washington are fantastic! Would recommend adding another on the east end of Washington as well.
