Silverdale is a cute town. Everything is close, within a 5-10 min drive. There are some great local good places (bakery, coffee shops). I love the old town silverdale waterfront and walking path. Maynards is also a must visit for fabulous food!!! Bee Hill Bakery was a cute little Cafe. I didnt get a chance to stop in, but Grounded Coffee looked like it had a great store to shop for trinkets.
Being near the water and parks, the shops, the variety of foods, restaurants. And the hotel itself was close to all of these.
