I found this hotel to be clean and friendly. It is situated on the north side of Chattanooga, near Northgate Mall, with easy access to the airport and I-75. It provides a good value for the money. the security was good, and, as a female traveling alone, I felt safe. « less

hotel was ok nothing special. bed was comfortable. room was clean. staff was friendly but not very helpful with area information. breakfast was ok. waffle was good but the rest of the breakfast was not very good we were there on a monday and I guess they did not make very much and when we got there it was sitting for awhile « less

We are sorry there was no cookies or on the go breakfast bags, however they are only available Monday thru Friday. Well all in all I typically LOVE Hampton Inn's great bed, good free bfast and typically very clean. This hotel however could use a little bit more elbow grease in the bathroom area. The mold near the ceiling and the dirt on top of the shower insert were a bit gross. The bed TV breakfast all stayed inline with the Hampton Inn experience I am used to but it definitely needs a good cleaning. « less

I was glad to read from your review that found our hotel to be clean and that you enjoyed our free breakfast. I do however understand that you were disappointed with some issues at our hotel specifically regarding the cleanliness of our hotel. I am sorry that you found your bathroom to not be thoroughly cleaned. I sincerely apologize that we did not meet expectations and I am actively working with our housekeeping team to ensure our standards of cleanliness and comfort are consistently met. We strive on providing our guests with a clean and comfortable stay and we will do everything we need to do to ensure that this issue does not occur again.
