The people at the desk are very nice and helpful. I made a big boo-boo on my on-line reservation and they were very kind to straighten it out when I called. When I arrived it was obvious the property is very old and is badly in need of a face life and some of the clientele fit in with the condition of the property. (Car horns blowing late in the evening and beer bottles in the parking lot in the morning.) Carpets are very old and dirty, furniture as seen better days. The bath towels appeared to have been washed, but were very thread bare. We went to Walmart and bought towels to use. Being conveniently located to Memorial Parkway is the biggest plus for the property. « less

The people upstairs must have walked five miles during the night and dropped shoes every few minutes. So it’s safe to say the construction of the hotel is not quiet. There are not many guests here this week so I don’t know why they had to put people overhead to begin with. In addition, the substandard bedding and horrible pillows did not make for a restful sleep. After four nights, I now have a sore back. Access to the motel takes some skill as it is on a 1-way frontage road. To drive to the grocery store which is in plain sight just across the highway and back around was 1.5 miles! The breakfast bar was a bad joke which is why I had to go to the grocery store. Other than coffee, there were only 3 pre-packaged uninviting pastries there 3 of the 4 days of my stay and not one single thing at all one day. Housekeeping insisted on cleaning our room before we vacated because we were the last room to clean and she was going home. It was 11am! While the internet connection worked well when it worked, it kept kicking us off the connection. Again I have to learn that you get what you pay for. « less

When I came in i was shocked to find all the extras that my room had to offer. It had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, and a ironing board which came in handy cause when i had packed my clothes, they were wrinkled . I was able to do some ironing instead of taking it to the cleaners.
I really enjoyed being able to relax around the clean pool. I thought that this place was going to be just like the other motels in the area but i was wrong. It was better than what i expected. The price was right, it was quiet and was well maintained. The staff was very kind and polite, and meet all my expectations. What ever i need they brought me. The housekeeping staff treated me better than just a customer.
When i walked in the office, I was greeted with a warm smile. The front desk worker was polite and knew how to do her job professionaly. She made sure that i was sattisfied with the room before i even checked in .
I highly recommend this motel to anyone that needs a warm and inviting place to stay. Thank You Americas Best Inn Staff « less

I stayed here on August 1st and I was very statisfied. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were also clean. I enjoyed my stay here at America's Best Inn. The lobby was decorated very nicely. I forgot my laptop and they had a computer in which the customers can use. They have free internet access in all their rooms. They don't charge. It felt like I was at home. « less

I was staying at the America's Best Inn in Huntsville, AL. I stayed for a few days. I was looking for a good motel that was clean and had the best price for my wallet. As I pulled in the parking lot, I noticed that the outside decore was real nice. Upon walking into the main lobby, I was immediately greeted with a smile by the front desk clerk. I asked the woman if they had any rooms available. She said would you need one bed or two. I was shocked that they had smoking and non smoking rooms. I asked if I could see a room first and the clerk told me that it would be no problem.
When Marcie showed me the room, I was impressed about the cleanliness of the room. I told her that I would take it for five nights. I took a look at the pool and seen that it was clean and crystal clear. This motel was a diamond in the ruff. The room and the atomsphere was nothing that I expected for the price.
If you are in Huntsville Alabama, you need to come and check this motel out. The staff is very friendly and it feels a little like home. « less

Testimonials: Why use Hotel Planner?
"I love this tool! There is NO way I would have had enough time to contact all of these hotels by phone! I will recomend this to all of my friends! This was the easiest year to book rooms for the convention! Thanks again!" M.K. - Huntsville, AL
"I was delighted with the ease your site providing in simply finding Denver hotels that met my meeting requirements as well as the promptness with which those who wished to bid made their offer. Within an hour of clicking on the contact information for the Radisson Denver Stapleton Plaza, I was on the phone giving details to Tracy in the sales department. Yes, I will use you again and yes, I will recommend you. Thank you for making my task a breeze." M.O. - Oklahoma City, OK
