Here it acts over completely and modern furnished rooms within the new building range. Calm layer, 100m to the managed blade brook park, near the Gaisburger vineyards, allotment plants and forest, with view of the Neckartal. To the park mansion mountain approx. 500m, connected with the palace garden plants and rose stone park up to the Killesberg.

In direct environment of Stuttgart mineral baths and Wilhelma/zoo,to the new „Leo Vetter indoor swimming pool“ and Fitnesscenter „move“ approx. 300m.
U4 metropolitan railway stop Gaisburg approx. 50m,
to the city center approx. 7min.
By car from the hotel to the city center approx. 2km 5min.
To the highway B10/B14, exit Stuttgart east/supermarket approx. 200m with a direct connection to all highways
