We stayed in the Sportsman room. We did a romantic package and it was the best!!! They offer amazing outdoor sitting areas as well. The garden is amazing. My husband booked up our whole weekend with them and they took care of our every need!!! « less

The Hale House Inn is a beautiful, historic b&b in Jefferson, TX. My husband and I stayed there for one night along with 4 other family members. We stayed in the Sononran Sunset room which was lovely.
My only complaint is the price of the room versus time spent there. With a 4pm check-in time and an 11am checkout time, I didn't love spending very close to $200 for such a short stay. « less

We spend last weekend with Timm and Karen at the Hale House Inn. As always, we couldn't have been more relaxed and happy during our stay. Breakfast is always superb - the smoothies have come to be one of my favorite parts of our visits - and the home is clean and beautiful. If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind and recharge, you can't go wrong here. A true feeling of 'home.' Thank you, Timm and Karen. We will be back, again and again! « less

We booked Hale House for an overnight break in our tour - and really wished we had booked for longer. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel that we were there for a really long stay. There was only one other couple staying at the time so we were offered several rooms to choose from - and they all looked great! In effect - we had the run of the house to ourselves. We recently spent 4 days in Jefferson, Tx and stayed at the Hale House Inn. This bed and breakfast has so much character,. What shines the most is the hospitality of the owners and gourmet breakfast. It was wonderful to feel so pampered! The owners, Timm and Karen, were very friendly and informative. They gave great suggestions based on our interests for tours and sightseeing. The location is perfect in many respects. Check out the carriage ride and the historical museum. You won't be disappointed if you enjoy history. « less
