When we arrived the desk clerk was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Room she gave us was very noisy with kids running up and down the halls. Called front desk and she changed my room immediately. Never had any other problems. Breakfast Bar was not so great unless you only want cold items. I would stay there again . « less

We are visiting Aiken regularly and stayed the first time at the Hampton Inn. The stay was good, but average, good complimentary breakfast, but slow internet access. The business center computers did not function very well and there was no printer available to print out boarding passes, but we also did not ask the staff, if there is a different way to print. The elevator is very loud and we could hear it all night, two rooms away from it does not help. « less

The hotel is clean close to several of the chain restaurants on the main drag and has friendly staff. The elevator motor is apparently on the second floor and you want to have a room number higher than 212 if you are on the second floor and you like some quiet. « less
