We offer 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominimums with fully equipped, large kitchens and washer and dryer. The Master bedroom has Queen sized bed, the guest room has 2 twins. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Condos sleep up to 6 persons maximum, all for the same price. We are located in town, close to shopping and restaurants. We are 2.4 miles from the beach. The condos are 2 stories. The Clubhouse has a pool table and ping pong, as well as family games. We offer group activities in the winter months. There is shuffleboard and a tennis court as well as a heated pool on site.

Sarasota-Take I 75 South to Exit 191 (River Rd) 14 miles to go. First street light-go straight ahead (US 41). Second street light-go straight ahead (Winchester Blvd.). Third street light-turn LEFT (PINE St.) Follow Pine until you come to the fourth street light (about 1 1/2 mi.) and turn LEFT into our entrance. We are across from Publix and Bealls.
