The hotel was really clean. I had trouble with the desk clerk not so friendly welcome. Never got the greeting of the day. Was not told asnything about the hotel wxcept how to get to my room and if i was going to use the wireless connection. Upon checking out again wasn't happy with desk clerk. No assistance was given. « less

Booked this hotel because we were traveling with a family member who wanted a smoking room. We chose a non-smoking room, but it along with the hallways still smelled badly. Our king bed was comfortable but the pillows have long since been used up. When you are able to fold a pillow in half and it stays that way...time for a new pillow. The bed sheets were as thin as tissue paper and although they were clean they were stained. Breakfast was very limited. All I seen was two choices of dry cereal, two choices of juice, coffee, and Super 8's "famous" cinnamon rolls. (Nothing like what is depicted on the website, these were prepackaged, no icing. This hotel needs a lot of TLC in my opinion. « less

good parking, clean rooms, location is good to highway, walmart, restaurants. Nightly rate is too high for not having a pool or onsite restaurant; further, the management does a great job at wanting to service the customers needs. Breakfast is so basic its like a countertop vending machine.
A negative point is that they will not fix or upgrade their TV's. The are old, poor picture quality, channel selection not fullyprogrammed, poor channel selection and after numerous requests will not correct the problem. « less
