The Palms Conference Center is great for small groups. We also have off site space we book at the Country Club and work directly with a major convention facility. Aditional space is avalible in two board rooms one attached which is good for breakouts and one poolside which is good for small class rooms and breakout meetings.

This is a good reception, registration desk and lunch breakout space. It is public space so it is not recomended for breakouts or private meetings. We utilize this space for a Free Hot Breakfast for our overnight guest so it is not avalible for morning groups and must be reset for breakfast daily but can be untilzed well for short term breakouts, cocktail receptions, tailgate parties as a big screen is avalible and a portable bar is built in to the space.
