Indeed Tara Lodge is Very Highly Recommended by Frommer’s as one of only eleven properties in Belfast and the only accommodation provider given a ‘Find’ icon as ‘a place only insiders know about’ as detailed in the 2010 guide.

Our fabulous location in the Queen's Quarter of South Belfast, a mere 15 minutes walk from Belfast City Hall in the city centre, is close to the university, the Ulster Museum and the Botanical Gardens making Tara Lodge a great base for a city break. We are just a few minutes' walk from many restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. We don't have a bar or restaurant onsite but in Belfast the craic is never far away!
Our stylish rooms offer ultimate comfort with a touch of luxury. The sumptuous beds have pillow top mattresses and are covered in clean white linen complemented by earthy toned soft furnishings. Atmospheric lighting for every mood adds to the interior design detail of the bedrooms, while bathrooms are tiled in a contemporary black and white theme with excellent lighting and mirror space, ensuring a luxurious cleansing experience.
