We stayed there for a weekend. The rooms were small, but cosy and clean. The location is good, we could even walk to the center of Brugge, there is a bus top nearby if you don't like walking. We had to pay extra for the breakfast, but it was nice, a variety of choice. « less

For a quick stopover during a long drive it was ok. The room was clean but all a bit run down. Didn't expect much but got a bit less than expected. It's close to the highway which was a bonus. There was noise from the shower in the room above me and outside a monkey was crying... Walls must be as thin as paper. They have a restaurant but I didn't try the food. Bed was ok but pillow not so comfy. Wifi was working well and is free. They provide free instant coffee and cookies which is a nice move. TV didn't have any english channel. Parking was free and o.k. Left 6.30 in the morning and the reception wasn't occupied. « less

This Hotel was vey clean and the room facilities were good , nice little room double doored which felt safe, breakfast was very nice to much choice , I felt sad that I couldn't try it all. The Hotel was based outside the centre almost 1 and half miles which on a two night stay was not walking distance. Sadly we spent 70 euro on cabs there and back to centre , which looking back I would of paid extra 100 euro for central holiday , my fault for being cheap skate. Really enjoyed the stay , front desk were really on the ball in regards to getting us transport. « less

This hotel is strictly a one-night only affair. Situated conveniently next to the motorway, almost exactly one hour from Calais, it makes for a very useful overnight stop while en route to somewhere more interesting. You may wish, while you are there, to pop into Bruges city centre for a beer or two. This is possible, as a number of bus routes pass close by. One ticket will get you to the rail station, where you must get another bus. You will, however, need Google directions on your smartphone as routes and times are by no means memorable. Coming back late in the evening, it is best to get a taxi, as the walk takes around 25-3 minutes. Of course, if you came by car, you could always try driving. Beware, however, that Google maps places the hotel in the wrong place. It is the building with the lit-up green gables saying 'hotel' that you want - even if it's not where you expected it to be! The rooms themselves are basically motel-style hutches, accessible from an exterior walkway. They are very small but clean and comfortable for most of the things you would plan to do in them. There are even tea and coffee facilities - a nice touch. On the downside, perhaps surprisingly in view of the amount of gadgets most people travel with now, we could not find any electrical sockets in the room. Even the kettle and TV were 'hardwired' (rather dangerously it appeared) into the mains. There is, however, a shaver socket in the loo, which means you will at least have somewhere to sit while using your laptop. The hotel was reasonable value for money, although there is a compulsory 'city tax', which seems a bit of cheek considering we were well away from the city centre and some of the rooms overlooked open countryside. « less

good value for money and no need to drive in central town (use station car park) Clean functional rooms - could put a few more housekeeping - tea/coffee etc in room. No hotel or area information in room but reception were helpful. Wifi worked which was a bonus, not all TV channels though ( no English language ones advertised worked) - but we were not there to watch tv. If using as a base for area then good deal. « less

Testimonials: Why use Hotel Planner?
"Everything went great. The hotel and it's Management anticipated our every wish and took care of us. It went so well that I have booked our conference there for next year. I have passed the web site on to others and will continue to do so. The Machinist Union is always setting up events all over the world, and I will continue to pass this information on to my brothers and sisters." S.C. - Biloxi, MS
"When people provide customer friendly service in today’s world, it should be applauded! So many businesses have taken almost and adversarial attitude towards the customer, in other words, they over compensate for a consumer not following through. As a business, it is my understanding, that the business should always follow through and do as they promise! Loyalty between consumers and businesses should remain alive, profit above service is a bad plan and will cost the business in the long run!" R.F. - Denver, CO
