Irenaz Resort is the first hotel in town to offer spacious Studios, and 1 or 2-room apartments, with the same amenities and services as a traditional hotel, to make guests feel at home. A new way of “experiencing” San Sebastian and its surroundings.
The Social Lounge with giant television screen, self-service Bar, cyber corner, access to landscaped areas, reception service, WIFI and ADSL connections in the entire building complete the installations.

THE APARTMENTS & STUDIOS =
The modern and exclusive studios and apartments occupy the three storeys of an architecturally striking building designed by Miguel Arsuaga Studio. They are fit both for long-stay guests and for clients who expect more than a simple hotel room. The entire Resort is set in a landscaped area.
Both the Resort with its terrace and the building housing the cosy and spacious studios and apartments with balconies have large splendid panoramic views. They have been exquisitely decorated by famous interior designer Almudena de Villar (Winner of House Design International Award 2006), in an altogether elegant, fashionable and modernistic style, and fully equipped to the last detail.
Spacious and comfortable, they include all kinds of amenities. As a distinctive feature, they offer the services of any hotel: daily cleaning, change of linen and towels, laundry, access to Social Lounge, WIFI, etc., with the advantage of the space and independence a normal house provides, including separate entrance and lift.
The Studios feature:
• Area surface of 30 m2 and private terrace with surface of 16 m2
• Small “office” with a freezer-fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (cooking not allowed)
• 1 Complete bathroom
• Twin or king size bed & a special area with bunk beds (90 x 190 cm.)
• Working desk with TV LCD & DVD. Air conditioning.
• Private terrace with a surface of 16m2 with a canopy, garden furniture and panoramic views (also from inside the Studio) . Direct access to our Resort’s “Zen Garden”.
AP1 and AP2 Apartments feature:
• Areas ranging from 43 to 57 m2 and balconies in sizes from 10 to 38 m2 (AP1)
• Areas over 55 m2 and balconies in sizes from 10 to 25 m2 (AP2)
• Fitted kitchen, complete with fridge, microwave oven, glass-ceramic cooker, washing & drying machine, extractor hood and dishwasher.
• Hall, Dining room – breakfast room
• Fully equipped bathroom
• 1 or 2 bedrooms, with twin or double bed (AP2 with truckle beds)
• Sitting room with 150cm sofa bed, LCD TV and DVD
• Spacious balcony with panoramic views (outdoor tables, chairs and deckchairs)
THE SOCIAL LOUNGE =
An area at your disposal and aimed to serve basic breakfast in the morning. You can have fresh orange juice, a full choice of buns and pastries, bread, coffee, teas… With a self-service bar accessible all day long, and a cyber corner with computer and printer, Internet and email access. The entire room is furnished with tables and chairs to work or relax, giant screen television broadcasting economic news, sports events, etc. Free daily newspapers and free of charge WIFI connection is available. The lounge also leads to the landscaped areas and private garden.
