Almost centrally located between Louisville,Ky and Indianapolis,IN. We offer spacious guest rooms, jacuzzi suites, an indoor heated pool and hot tub, as well as a fitness center and free breakfast. Trucks are welcome. Chili's restaurant is in the parking lot. We are pet friendly, but there is a $15.00 fee per night for pets. Check-in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am.
We stayed here for a one night stopover and the hotel basically got the job done. Clean room, but the towels had stains and the heating/ac unit had cracked buttons...

Breakfast was below average. They had a lot of pastry type items and waffles. They need some more basic healthy alternatives. « less

We were greeted by a wonderful woman named Dee. After a long ride, she made us feel more than welcome. She went out of her way to help us when we had a milkshake accident in our car. The hotel is almost all redone. Our room was gorgeous. They did a marvelous job in renovating an older building. The pool and spa were wonderful. Nice fitness center. Breakfast was very good and constantly refilled. Breakfast room was very spacious. « less

We booked a room here for one night for a stopover at the half way point on our trip. Te section of this hotel was based on their web sight and being "pet friendly". Plus the hotel advertised as a non smoking facility.
Why I do rate the Seymour, Indiana, Quality Inn so low? First, when checking in I was informed that the charge for pets shown on their website was wrong, it was not the $10.00 advertised it was $15.00. Surprise-Suprise! Second, we entered the building at a door far from the main entrance. Surprise-Suprise, the non smoking hotel smelled like an old over filled ashtray with still smoldering butts in it. The carpet in the entry was filthy with dirt and cigarette ashes. The hall carpet was near new, and dirty.
Once in our room the smell of cigarette smoke was not a problem, but the dirty carpet and the mold in the bathroom were unpleasant. Then surprise-surprise the tiny biting red ants found us. If you are traveling with pets and need a pet friendly hotel, find a different place! « less

The Quality Inn is under construction/remodeling. The lobby tiling was being replaced upon our arrival and the hallway carpeting was being replaced. Workers were on the job until after 6 pm. While I guess I could live with that, it was discovering mouse droppings in the corner of the bathroom floor that most disturbed my wife and me. Our stop here was a one night stay on our way to our place in Florida. « less

This hotel was a 2-star hotel when I looked it up but that is incorrect in all accouts! I read the reviews on this site and decided to try it based on those reviews. I am so glad I did because we had a great time. My young daughters and I were on a mini-vacation to swim, travel a little and just have fun. The girls loved the hotel pool - it was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful - cleaning persons did not speak english but were very nice and understood my hand signals well. Rachel and Dee were the front desk clerks - both very very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was way more than we expected - hot breakfast and very good! Our room was clean and beds were very comfy! Thank you Quality Inn - we had a great time! « less
