We have the best hospitality with our guests whether it’s a family, a Hollywood artist, fishermen, or international guests. Our motel is also located close to the Buffalo Airport, the HSBC Arena and the glistening Niagara Falls are just 30 minutes away. For Winter, there’s a skiing resort where you can ski, snowboard, and snowmobile all you want, for Summer, there are theme parks, tournaments, and bands playing in town. For Fall, Suny Fredonia hosts a haunted tour which is an experience that you will never forget, and for the Spring, you’ll find the lake relaxing while you picnic with the family.
