I stayed in this hotel for three nights while in Montreal on business. At check-in, there was a long lineup at the desk, which I could have bypassed by using the Starwood Preferred Guest line, but I didn't know I was an SPG member til the clerk told me. I stay in whatever hotel is booked for me and can't remember where I'm a member, but the line wasn't that long anyway, so no issue.
Everyone at the hotel was very pleasant to deal with, and accommodated my lousy French by immediately switching the conversation to English. My room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great. The only issue in the whole stay was that the construction crew working on the condo development by the Bell Centre started work really early, so I was woken earlier than I wished by the sounds of construction. Hardly the fault of the hotel, which was otherwise very quiet.
The location is great, less than a 5-minute walk to the Bell Centre for concerts/games, and to the Lucien L'Allier Metro stop.

I stayed here in May to attend a conference. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are quite comfortable and fairly spacious. All the meals were great, although a continental breakfast at $24 seemed a bit pricey to me. Staff were excellent, and the concierge was particularly helpful. There is a pool and a gym. Recommended and I would stay here again. « less

Very unhelpful and reluctant to suit my needs for the event. I do have to thank Anthony Pittarelli very much, he helped out a lot and always made sure that we were happy. The other staff need to take a leaf out of Anthony's book. « less
