Returning guest from previous year. Visited James Manor for annual Dolly Parton Homecoming Parade; perfect location to sit on the balcony & watch parade floats go by while others sat in lawn chairs on the parkway sidewalk; it was great not having to fight for parking & struggling to see everything. Front Desk staff, as expected, were very nice and helpful. Gave great recommendations for local restaurants & offered discounts for area attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable. My daughter loved the indoor pool, but to our disappointment, the hot tub was strangely colder than the pool. Despite this we would still come back. I would be surprised of any negative reviews because I've stayed at many hotels in Pigeon Forge. As I've stated before, if you're expecting an upscale Ritz Carlton hotel, this definitely isn't it, but they don't claim to be, either. If you just want a clean, comfortable room at a decent rate with a few conveniences (microwave/fridge/free wifi), this is the place to stay. « less

We stayed here on Spring Break it was nice and clean! Staff was super nice! Breakfast was good!! The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool! Very close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping...without all the Galtinburg traffic! But we still got to enjoy Galtinburg since it was only a few miles away! Would definitely stay here again! « less

My husband and I stayed here over the Rod Run weekend. It was a very busy weekend but they were staffed appropriately. The staff was very friendly and helpful with attractions and the rooms were very neat/clean and the location was perfect! We were skeptical after reading some of the previous reviews but we needed a place to stay and they had a couple of rooms still available. Needless to say, we WILL be returning in the future. We were very very pleased! « less

Very Clean hotel. We stayed two nights and all staff was very friendly. The indoor pool area was very small but, clean and well maintained. We will stay here again. The only bad was the beds are very tall, we had a 4 year old and 5 year old that could not get in the bed without assistance. « less

Testimonials: Why use Hotel Planner?
"Everything went excellent. I'm really glad I decided to go with both your company and Sierra Suites for accommodations for my wedding. People are now wishing there were more Sierra Suites around. They were even kind enough to offer the discounted rate to those people that weren't sure they'd make to the wedding until after the cutoff date. I have already referred someone to your service for a wedding she's planning in Michigan." R.S. - Parsippany, NY
"It was great. I ended up booking my meeting with the best bid, that I wouldn't have received if it wasn't for you." C.C. - New York City, NY
