My 1st stay Aug, 2012 was satisfactory for a hotel of this grade. My 2nd stay May 2013 I had no water for the tub/shower - I didn't know until the morning of my departure. I mentioned to desk clerk who mumbled "I'll tell someone" and offered no apology or concern, let alone a refund. A wash cloth clean up from the sink had to do. Quality of stay is spotty and unpredictable here. « less

I am very sorry about your not having any hot water. As it turned out there was a maintenance issue and the problem was fixed within fifteen minutes. I hope that you will consider staying with us again.

I stayed in this hotel on May 3rd 2013 room 231. As I entered the room the A/C sounded like an airplane. Actually the sound came from the bathroom. So I looked up and saw the filter. Unbelievable, hadn't been changed for years. Very unhealthy and noisy. Since it was Friday night I was told Maintenance is off for the weekend. Then I tried to take a shower but got only cold water, even after 15 minutes. So now they did find maintenance man to come and check. He too didn't get hot water. But excuse himself stating the water comes from far. The manager stated that nobody else complained about the water, as if it supposed to make me feel better that I can't take a shower. In summary, not a good place to stay. « less

This is one of the nicest Best Westerns I've stayed at in a long time. Worth the money and it's close to Winter Park Village. Since I've had a bad experience with BW in the past, I asked if I could see the room first. I don't mind paying $100 for a room, if it's worth it. The clerk was very nice, and let me see the room. I was pleasantly surprised. My mom used to do this all the time, when traveling, and I was embarrassed! I will no longer pay over $100 for a room that is in dire need of upgrade! So, I have become my mother! « less

At first I wasn't excited about staying at a Best Western but this place was great. I would stay here again. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast (not free) was yummy. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. Thanks for a nice night's stay! They have enough parking and even an Avis rental car place if you need that! There was a fan in the room that we turned on which I liked. « less
