The Green Field Hotel has 60 well-appointed rooms, located in the centre of Hoi An, just 400 m away from the UNESCO World Heritage listed Ancient Town, Bank, Post office, Market and within 3 km from the beach.
The rooms have balconies and windows overlooking the swimming pool, garden and rice paddy field.
Pick-up service from the Da Nang International Airport or Train Station can be arranged by the hotel with a private car and it should be charged 320 000 VND for max. 2 people (cheaper than taxi-meter).
Our bar & restaurant serves up to 100 guests and is located next to the swimming pool. It is a great place to enjoy Western and Asian dishes, famous international cocktails and Hoi An specialities.

They charged me $7 for a "Dorm" which was 3 bed share. Charged me an extra $1 cause i brought my bike. The girl next to me paid $6. The room was soooooo dirty everywhere. looked like the didn't clean it for 2 month at all. It smells like molt as well. No window. My friends next door in the room paid $10 for the same, and they had a rat in the room. HOtel looks from the outside very fancy, but from the inside it is not at all! Staff wasn't the friendliest either. No breakfast at all. « less

A place with a pool is always welcome after a hot day walking and shopping around the cute little town of Hoi An. Getting a bit old and need a big makeover to fully appreciate it. We were moved in few rooms cause of different problems: AC wasn't working, then Wifi wasn't strong enough cause the room was too far from lobby, then the last room smelled moldy and AC (very efficient) was noisy. Staff is nice, they recommended Asian Taylor (which is walking distance), which I think they overprice a bit, compare to other tailors. (the 10% rebate is fake!) Look around for better hotel price and/or better quality. Overall this place need a major update. We pay 20$ instead of 24$ for our room because they move us to a superior room. Always three free drinks at the bar every day! Play babyfoot or pool with barmaid! « less

Be wary of booking flights etc as they inflate the prices a lot & also wanted us to pay them the full price for our hotel in Ho Chi Minh which we refused to do & made our own reservations instead. Nice pool & bar area & easy bike ride to the beach. Loved Hoi An. « less

This hotel was nice and clean with good service and a very nice staff. The pool was ok for the kids and often all empty. Breakfast buffet (not included) was price worthy. The spa service was good, I tried out some aroma therapy. Our room had a view on the pool, which was nice compared to some of the other rooms. « less

Staff was friendly an definitely tried very hard to make our groups stay comfortable. We stayed in a room in the front of the hotel with a balcony, which is the older part. Could definitely use some updating. Large hole in the closet wall led to the rest of the hotel, I kept the closet door shut after the first day to keep out unwanted critters.... I had no problem after that. Other than that the rooms were clean. Raised tub was slightly difficult to get in and out of. They really need to work on the hot water supply (it kept going out on us). Cold showers are not always welcomed. « less
