Located in an intimate complex of 3 buildings, each 3 floors, that surround a courtyard and freshwater swimming pool. The street in front of the
hotel is easy exit and entrace, to walk at Kukulcan Boulevard. Words and pictures can only begin to provide information about the "Celuisma
Imperial Laguna". Many of our guest have spent some very unforgetable vacation with us, resting and relaxing, while still being able to take
advantage of all that Cancún.
61 rooms distributed in 3 buildings, with balcony or
terrace; two double beds, shower, Cable TV,
Kitchenette, fridge, telephone.

My husband and I have actually stayed here many times. It's the perfect hotel for someone on a budget but still looking to stay close to all of the action in Cancun's hotel zone and gorgeous beaches. Ideal for travelers who prefer to spend more time on day trips and seeing Cancun/Yucatan Peninsula rather than just sitting around a hotel all day. The hotel has a beautiful view of Laguna Nichupte, has a great little pool onsite and is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood just steps away from some of Cancun's top hotels. « less

I was staying in this hotel april/may 2013. I was a little bit afraid about this hotel after reading all previous reviews but it was perfect for cheap accommodation. Few reviews corrections: No hot water - there is hot water just need to wait, btw who the hell needs a very hot water in cancun?! Dirty (?!) - housekeeping staff was knocking my doors every morning to clean up my room and ... Wash dishes!!! Thank you! Everything broken? Yeah sure... One tip for all those moaning people: Go on book one of those mad expensive posh hotels for 1,5k euros/usd and then complain because you've booked cheap hotel and it looks like your expectations were too high. Only bad thing about this hotel is breakfast, i got deal on lowcostholidays.ie that b&b was cheaper than room only. So if you wont get same deal its better if you make your own breakfast (there is small kitchen in your room) In my opinion hotel is perfect for cheap stay for people that spending whole day on the beach or travelling around to Tulum/Xel-Ha/Xcaret/chichen-itza and just need place to take shower or nap. If you are looking for posh hotel to stay there whole day better book something from posh hotel area. « less

I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant (La Palapa Belga) many times. Decided to book a last minute trip and this hotel was CHEAP. I've stayed next door at a comparable hotel and at most of the mega resorts in Cancun. I read some bad reviews but booked it anyway. I was looking for cheap - not pampering and luxury.
Pros: Location - across the boulevard from best beach in Cancun and all beaches are public. 8 minute walk to entertainment/bars/restaurants/etc On busline On a quiet (and beautiful) side street Decent coffee and free little breakfast pastries Staff - very nice and helpful with late check out On site restaurant - great Very clean in public areas and in room Safe deposit boxes (in lobby) Good water pressure (a luxury in Cancun)
Cons: Bed was hard but that's typical. Pillows like bricks. But this is just an 'FYI" not a complaint! No spare toilet paper but we got some when we asked. Limited towels - but got them when we asked. No washcloths. No hair dryer or iron - I didn't ask. Had to run shower 5 plus minutes for hot water but then it was really hot and powerful. Lamp on nightstand kept shocking me - maybe I should have called maintenance but didn't.
The cons are no big deal and not a deal breaker. They are informational only. I care ZERO about these things but some people do. Yes, it's shabby. But they keep it clean and are there in an instant.
Overall, this is probably a 2 start budget hotel with mainly Europeans staying in it but it was an exceptional value for a weekend away from winter.

Stayed here over New Year's Eve for 5 nights, it's pretty run down and dodgy, nothing like the 4-5 star all inclusive on the hotel zone.. It's a bit away, not the best location, but close to some cheap eats which was nice.. Rooms are pretty shabby, staff are really really nice though.. If you're after something real budget stay here, otherwise just pay a bit extra and get a lot more « less
