This hotel is in a great location for Wembley. The staff are very friendly but we were really disappointed with our room. We booked a triple room which consisted of three very narrow beds with plastic, waterproof sheets on them. The room was extremely hot (in May) which, coupled with the plastic (noisey) sheets made a very uncomfortable night. The bathroom was large, bright and clean.
The restaurant was tired and had a grubby feeling about it, the food was edible but if I had the choice I wouldn't eat there again. « less

Just back from a 4 day break to London and stayed at the Comfort Hotel Harrow. Enjoyed our stay all staff very friendly and helpful, great help yourself breakfast, Rooms and hotel clean and comfy bed. Asked for a quiet room and thats what we got. Anyone who has a complaint about this hotel should remember if you want a 5 star hotel then be prepared to pay the price. Yes it is a little dated but who is going to stay in their hotel room all day every day you only need a place to sleep. This is a good clean and comfy hotel. « less

Thanks Comfort Harrow. Stayed here for the FA Cup Semi and served its purpose once again. Stayed here several times for the FA Cup and when working in London due to its location and access to the rest of London. Stayed in the triple room 203, it was huge and excellent value for money. Staff are friendly and can't do enough for you. Booked again to stay for the Final (Come on CITY!) on the 11th May so would be great to have the same room as we are now loyal customers ;). Stayed for FA Cup semi final with wife, daughter and father in law (not all in the same room!). Hotel in fantastic location with free car parking and rooms while basic provided everything we needed. Despite reviews to the contrary the staff were extremely friendly, the hitel was very quiet and the bathrooms while tired were clean and serviceable. As I'm there again for the cup final (come on Wigan) I'm hoping the hotel management read this so that we can be given the same rooms again (please!!). « less

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my husband and daughter on Easter Saturday. Check in was fine after a 10-12 minute walk from Kenton station. On entering the bedroom I was surprised at how spacious it was although it had 3 beds it could easily have accomodated 4 beds. There was a good sized walk in wardrobe and plenty of other storage space, the bathroom was big enough, with shower gel, shampoo, handwash and handcream supplied the only drawback being the hot water took around 5 minutes to come through to the shower. The room was clean. The hotel at night time was very noisy as there was a wedding celebration taking place, with taxis arriving as people were leaving and numerous people retiring noisily to bed. In addition the fire alarm went off at around this time, 2-3 times but not for long, we were told that there was no danger and return to bed. As we had an early morning appointment in London, breakfast had to be rushed by us but you helped yourself to a fair choice of hot and cold food and drinks and if we had more time i'm sure it would have been enjoyable. We had an eventful short stay but I think a more central London hotel would be beneficial for us next time as it takes 31 minutes on the overground train to Euston and when you aren't staying very long, time is precious. « less

Firstly let me thank you for taking the time to write us about your recent experience with us at the Comfort Hotel Harrow. I am glad that you have enjoyed most of our services and at the same time please accept my apologies for the shortcomings you encountered during your stay with us.
During the weekends we do hold private functions in our banquet hall. Most of the functions finish by midnight and it is our usual policy to allocate rooms above the Sheridan Suite to guests that are attending the function, but due to high occupancy during your stay this was the best option available. This in not in anyway an excuse and I am sorry that you had poor experience.
Just for your future reference the nearest tube station is Northwick Park (Metropolitan Line) and that is only 5 - 7 minutes’ walk from the hotel.
