I was encouraged when I check in as the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, my room was not cleaned as I expected. The sheets were dirty and stained. The mirrors were not clean and the clean towels were dirty. There were light bulbs burnt out in our lamps and had not been changed. The floor also needed swept. I think this hotel should invest in more cleaning staff as the hotel would be really nice if it was just cleaned more diligently. I am not sure I will stay here again. « less

The young man, Andrew, at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The cleaning staff needs trained in how to clean a room. Our room had lipstick on the only working phone, floor had not been properly sweep and the hallway was dirty. They had staffing problems and the front desk was washing and floding towels, had no towels in room on second day of stay.
Maintenance needs to check rooms for problems, our room one phone did not work and the facer board on the bathroom counter was only being held on by the tissue dispensor.
