Just for background, I have stayed at different Quality Inns a number of times with no complaints. I Booked two rooms at this address in Orlando for May 4/13. Prepaid/no refund basis for discount rate. After driving from the Gulf Coast and spending the day at Universal Studios, was tired and looking forward to basic clean accommodations before flying back to Canada the next day. First rooms were dingy with stained furniture (bodily fluids?). Although staff tried to accommodate us with different room choices, we took an hour to look at 9 different rooms before giving up. These rooms were outdated, shabby and most notably - smelly, or musty, or bodily fluid odors or something else that the cleaners couldn't get rid of or cover up. None of these rooms felt clean, which is the FIRST PRIORITY of any reputable hotel. This tiring and frustrating experience brought my wife and daughter to tears. Although the staff tried to be helpful, you could tell that they were embarrassed by the substandard quality of this property. The front desk contacted the Corporate Head Office and the Customer Service rep would not approve a refund when we wanted to cancel our stay for health and well-being reasons. We walked across the street to the Crowne Plaza, that took us in with no reservations - Great stay at a reasonable price! Cancel my Choice Privileges membership, because I won't use the Choice Hotels chain again. Quality Inn took my money, knowing what a dump this place is and drove my away to the competition. Shame on you! Doesn't deserve to be in the same neighborhood as much nicer hotels. « less

Very noisy every night with spanish speaking guests, woken nightly between 1-2 am. Avoid at all costs. This hotel is awful. « less

Then the hour it took to get room "thanks jimmy" NOT The next thing will be a guy in reception telling you to come see him as he has vouchers and coupons for Restaraunts and it turns out all he does is try to get you to go to time share place. Then there's the room, the first room had stains all over the bed cover and the safe didn't work, and the room smelt awfull. Got another room and that was just as bad the carpet was filthy and the shower leaked and the bath had been repaired and there was exposed cables in the bathroom. Now breakfast if you call 2 omelettes the size of a coaster and 2 sausages no bigger than your index finger, and wait for it well don't wait because that's it apart from a waffle machine and some brightly coloured Cheerios that's it, the only healthy option a banana and that's only for the first few days. But you can have some nice fresh rain water which is coming through the roof. The pool is filthy and freezing. And I'd rather put my kids in the Ganges to be honest. Rusty bannisters and poor guttering. And to be told by reception that the hotel is in the middle of a referbishment is very poor believe me my room was not done yet. This place is no more than a high rise motel. Wouldn't look out of place in run down ghetto really poor never will see again « less

If you want to completely destroy your holiday of a lifetime them this is the place to stay. I don't have the time to describe in words how disgusting and bad for your health this Hotel is. We saved for along time for two weeks in Florida where customer service is top priority and all we got was rude, incompetent staff that did not want to be there and a Hotel that should have been bulldozed years ago. listen to my advice, don't even think about it!!! It was so bad we had to move to a different Hotel at our own cost a few days after arriving for our 2 week holiday of a lifetime. « less
