This hotel is mainly for low income people who need extended stay facilities. The hotel is near Publix supermarket (1/2 mile walk) Waffle house and 2 service stations. Public transportation also in nearby. The rooms are worn through and through but the desk clerks make the best of it for the clients they do have. This is a place to stay on a very cheap budget only to get a nights sleep or stay if you need a cheap weekly rate. « less

I was afraid to get out of my room. The hotel and my room looked very dangerous. I thought I was going to get robed. I was afraid for my life. I saw a lot of thuggish looking boys hanging in and around the hotel. I felt like calling 911 before leaving my room, just in case. Run from this hotel! I booked it through hotels.com and it was nonrefundable. The room smelled! The receptionist was very Nice, but even she said that she rarely do night shift. I guess cuz it's not safe being there at night. « less

I never wrote a hotel review since I am a budget traveler and I do not have complaints most of time. Always, I pick cheaper hotels all around the world and do not expect much. Basically I am easy to be satisfied. BUT I decided to write a review on this Atlanta Hotel. I even felt obliged to give a warning to the people who try to book this hotel since the the fairy good tripadvisor review is completely wrong. I myself made a reservation due to a good ratings in Tripadvisor. Only look at the bad reviews which are 100% true. Atlanta Hotel is the worst place I've ever stayed. First of all there were bed bugs. My husband and I were beaten badly. My husband even caught two which were fairly big.
After we changed the room to a different one, the room smelled so terrible. It was the smell I even cannot describe since I never smelled something like that before.
The cleanness of the room is the worst. When I got into the room I noticed the room is not clean. It was dusty all over. But I tried to clean the room myself a bit since I did not pay much for the room. When I wet the towel to wipe the table, the towel became so bubbly. It was like I just put the towel in the soapy water.
This is not the place you can sleep in. Spend a little bit more and save yourself from an unpleasant experience. « less

Reason? because we made an advance reservation and when we came to take the room after driving for 8 hours, the front desk guy eating his chicken wings tells "we are overbooked I cant help, leave this place". The area was bad, we could not feel safe even in the parking lot. We called expedia and they gave us a better place to stay. Dont go, save yourself the trouble. « less

"This website has been an absolute life saver for us! The huge medical convention at McCormick Place had many, many rooms booked or blocked, and my mother and I had called dozens of hotels and been told there was no way we could do wedding blocks!" L.M. - Chicago, IL
"Thank you, and thank you for such a wonderful service. This service saved me a great deal of time. I will be using it again in the future as we are thinking about a couples retreat sometime next year." P.J. - Troy, MI
