Airfield 4-H Conference Center is first choice for fresh country air and a natural, quiet setting. Located on the banks of beautiful Airfield Mill Pond, our secluded 218 acre setting is a short drive from Richmond, Williamsburg, and the Tidewater area.
We have the facilities, services, and staff to make your next activity a success. From our comfortable lodging accommodations and delicious meals to our private meeting areas and enjoyable recreational facilities, Airfield 4-H Conference Center can provide a wonderful experience for your group, no matter how large or small.
We offer 3 types of lodging rooms: Executive Rooms, Family Lodge Rooms, and Dorm Styled Rooms. All are nestled among trees along the shore of Airfield Mill Pond. The contemporary, rustic design of the lodges blends with the natural evniornment. Each have private bathrooms with basic amenities for a most enjoyable stay.
The Airfield Conference Center offers 12 different meeting/banquet facilities, allowing for groups up to 500 people with audio-visual equipment available. Menus are offered for picnics, luncheons, and banquets to include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Buffet selections and bar options are available as well.
At the Airfield Conference Center we offer an array of recreational activities to include: private pool rental, tennis courts, softball/soccer fields, canoe and paddle boat rentals, indoor volleyball/basketball, fishing on Mill Pond (license required), campfire circles, nature trails, and horse shows.
Enviornmental Tours are available for schools, civic groups, and clubs.
Enjoy our challenge course: A combination of obstacle course activities with individual and group initiatives that add up to high excitement and adventure.
