We have stayed here for a number of years and will NEVER stay again!! The last time we were there we had a number of issues. The A/C did not work aos the maintenance and the hotel manager came to work on it and procedded to knock the bugs on the insdie tto the floor. The we turn down the bed only to find BLOOD all over the underneath side of bedspread! The curtains were hanging off the rod, there was bugs in the bathtub. Hotel staff did change bedding as hotle was full as well as the rest of hotels around. The BLOOD was the last straw, I was promised my money back - and a return call frm management. I followed up several times to no avail.That was a year ago and have never heard a word. BEWARE!!! « less

Well let me start by saying that we have stayed her for about 8 years in a row and the last time we stayed here in 5-25-2012 was the last.Im not going to commett on the rooms or the condition of the hotel im just going to tell you what happend,we decided to go out for the day and we left by the elevator and when we got on the cleaning lady was in there and we said hello and she repied hello she asked us if we were leaving and we said we were going to walk the strip for the day she said have a good time we said thank you> Well we got down to the parking lot and my wife asked me if we could bring our cooler i said yes lets go back up to the room to get it so we took elevator back up to our room and noticed that the do not disturb sign was not on our door any longer i sad ha> So we opend the door to our room and there was the cleaning lady 2 of them going thru our luggage one of them pulled her hat down to block her face and Ran out the door the other one was in shock that we caught her in the act . We told her to stop and what is she doing she replied she was changing our towls. We told her that we had do not disturb sign on the door she said we didnt she had sign stilll in her hand.The housekeeping staff was in the middle of ROBBING us of our valuables> So we told manager and he told us that he would refund us all our monies and he was verry nice and did> he appoligiez and said they would be fired > So if you want to get Robbed or not feel safe stay here if not PLZ go somewhere else> Or Just stay here knowing when you go out the housekeeping staff are probally going to steel your stuff. Thank God we went back to our room that day to get the cooler. « less

Thank you for your comments. I do note that you stayed at Four Seasons approximately a year ago. Since that time, there have been significant changes: two new Guest Services Managers and a new Executive Housekeeper as well as the implementation of procedures to prevent incidents such as the one you describe.

We took our son and grandchildren to Gatlinburg for their first time, and thought staying here was a great idea being right on the strip. Man was we wrong. Well to start with DO NOT expect to check in early as we had 2 rooms and did not get into our first room till after 4pm when check in is at 3pm. We did arrive at 1pm and asked if possible to get into one of our rooms at that time and was told they where not clean yet and they would call when it was ready. Well no call came so we checked back @ 4 and they said the rooms where still not ready so I aksed if they could just split our rooms and they moved us into one right at the office(which was really large and nice) but our other room would still be about 1 hour wait. Once again they would call. No call ever came so again at 8pm we checked and luckily they had it ready.We had been driving for about 5 hours when we first arrived and asked if our grandson could use a restroom and they told us they did not have a restroom for the public and he would have to go down the street to Mcdonalds, now he is only 6 and really needed to go but she said she would let him but her manager was there and he would not allow it. The ice machine was broken, the wifi was down. The room was very nice and large and clean. The fire place in our room would not operate with the dial, they had jumped it off and it came on and went off by itself constantly. « less

The biggest plus for me was the location. I was able to park my car upon arrival and not move it again until I departed! It was within walking distance of everything I wanted to see and do! The room was comfortable and clean. Not brand spanking new but very clean and well stocked. I was very satisfied with my visit! « less
